Return and Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer service at support@jonathaneckert.com to start your return process. Make sure to include your order number, which you received in your order confirmation email or on your invoice.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days. After the refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: If your order is already in transit, refunds cannot be issued until the package has been delivered and returned to us.
